Vínculos continues to grow thanks to the support of Málaga City Council
From Fundación Asha-Kiran, we are pleased to share that Málaga City Council has awarded a grant to our project Vínculos – Inclusion and Community Leadership of Migrants and Asylum Seekers.
This institutional support represents a very significant boost for continuing to accompany young migrants and asylum seekers in situations of vulnerability in the city. Thanks to this funding, we will be able to strengthen Spanish classes, the Mentors Programme, socio-labour guidance, and the community meeting spaces that make it possible for many newly arrived people to begin rebuilding their life projects with greater autonomy and confidence.
Vínculos is, above all, a human space where relationships of mutual support are woven between local citizens and those who arrive in Málaga seeking protection and opportunities. Every step forward—a young person learning the language, someone accessing training, a bond of trust being created—is the result of sustained collective work.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Málaga City Council for the trust placed in the work of Asha-Kiran and for supporting initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and real inclusion in our city.
