Being part of Fundación Asha-Kiran’s Mentor Program means sharing simple moments that often end up becoming cherished memories.

Every volunteer contributes something different. José Mari decided to get involved by first mentoring a participant in the Mentors program and, later, teaching math and Spanish.

My name is Micaela, I’m 24 years old, and I’m from Peru. I’m currently in my third year of the International Social Work degree program at HAN University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

Teaching Spanish at Asha-Kiran has been a truly beautiful and special experience for me. It’s not just about teaching a language; it’s about sharing a warm, intimate, and loving space.
